The building services engineering plan review activity is defined by the Construction Law which is the fundamental law of the building industry. The 91/2009 (IX.15.) Government Decree regarding building implementation activities changed the rules of the commencement of the building implementation activity. Building implementation can only be started with an official plan audit declaration. Our plan reviewing activity, with which our engineering office can provide assistance, is a professionally performed inspection of the contents of the implementation documentation, building standards, assurance of professional implementation and of the compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
We have a comprehensive planning permission to perform plan inspector activity granted to us by a higher institution in the form of a master’s degree.
While writing a plan inspector’s opinion and comments, we cooperate with the Designer and interpret the plan together because our aim is not to articulate the mistakes or inadequacies in front of the Client. After all, the main profile of our engineering office is building services engineering planning and so we can identify with the Designer. We use our experience rather to focus on cardinal points while fulfilling the requirements of the regulatory environment of course.
